Southport, CT (PRWEB) May 08, 2013
William Pitt Sothebys International Realty, Connecticuts premier residential real estate firm, will hold a grand opening celebration event for its brand-new office in Southport Village, executives of the company announced today. The event will offer local members of the community and real estate professionals alike the chance to view the firms state-of-the-art new office space.
The celebration will be held at 250 Pequot Avenue in Southport on Thursday, May 16, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Wine and hors doeuvres will be offered, and guests will have the opportunity to view a photographic art exhibition featuring the works of local artists including Michael Hartel, Amanda Desmond and Kate Uhry. The firm is opening its doors for all to attend, and requests that those who are interested send an RSVP to Jen Macauley at 203.307.4301 or jmacauley(at)williampitt(dot)com.
The office joins the companys previously separate Fairfield and Southport offices under one roof, providing enough space to comfortably accommodate all of the former two offices real estate agents while offering plenty of room to grow. The office delivers powerful support for its agents with all-new top-line equipment and systems.
We are excited to introduce our beautiful new space to our colleagues and to potential clients from the community, said Brad Kimmelman, brokerage manager for the new William Pitt Sothebys International Realty Southport office. Combining a central location close to all of the amenities of Southport Village with a stately brick building befitting our brand, we believe we have found the perfect office to house our consolidated Southport and Fairfield operations.
Since Mr. Kimmelman joined the firm in June 2011 as brokerage manager for the Fairfield and Southport offices, he has led his combined team of nearly 65 agents to impressive and unprecedented increases in sales volume.
When we saw how rapidly our Fairfield and Southport brokerage offices were growing last year, we realized the need for a new office space. In addition, the new office helps us to achieve greater efficiency in leadership and operations, said Paul Breunich, President and CEO of William Pitt Sothebys International Realty. Bringing all of our agents together in one exceptional office environment will place us in an even better position to serve our clients with the expertise, professionalism and style they have come to expect.
William Pitt Sothebys International Realty will share the building with The Connecticut Challenge – Center for Survivorship, an organization that offers support, education and empowerment to cancer survivors. The organization opened its new facility on the lower level in October 2012.
